Brand Refresh · New Leadership · Team Culture

A Message from Our CEO: Lee Brockett

Over the past 15 years, Cascade365 has grown from a business plan on paper into a comprehensive leader in accounts receivable solutions.

As our capabilities expanded, our brand needed to evolve alongside our vision. Today, I am proud to introduce the new face of Cascade365, complete with an updated visual identity, a reimagined digital experience and a fresh look that reflects our forward momentum.

This rebrand goes far deeper than aesthetics. It represents the strength of our unified platform, delivering seamless AR Purchase, AR Finance and AR Collection Servicing across both the healthcare and consumer finance verticals.

Despite 15 years of change, Cascade365's foundation remains rock-solid: helping our clients optimize cash flow, treating consumers with dignity and respect and building lasting, trust-based partnerships.

Thank you to our exceptional team whose dedication brought this vision to life. Explore our new experience at www.cascade365.com; we would love to hear your thoughts.

Compliance Team Moves Forward on New Rules and Platforms

Cascade365's Legal and Compliance team is strengthening our contracting, vendor oversight and regulatory approach. We recently brought on a new Contracts Analyst whose work has already improved our contracting process and our data vendor oversight program, particularly as we roll out a new contract management platform.

With the NYC SHIELD debt collection rule taking effect January 1, we are updating our processes and supporting our collection vendors on the new requirements. Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel Shaun Ertischek was recently appointed Chair of the ACA Federal Affairs Committee and presented a webinar with RMAI on medical debt: "The Medical Debt Revolution: What Collectors, Purchasers and Servicers Need to Know." These efforts reflect our commitment to staying ahead of regulatory change.

Leadership Team Focuses on Strategic Planning and Team Building

This month, the leadership team of Cascade365 spent the week in Phoenix, AZ to plan for 2027 and beyond as well as participate in several team exercises and bonding experiences. From insightful, targeted meetings during the day to a cooking class, bourbon tasting and game show competition in the evening (RedRum the winner), and even an early morning (6:00am) hike, the week was fulfilling and an opportunity to recharge and shape our company vision for the future.

Operations Team Attends Latitude Conference

Team Cascade365 was on the move this month in Austin, TX attending the Latitude Software Waypoints 2026 Users Conference. Some of the learnings included practical applications of AI in debt collection operations, software improvements and proactive best practices to improve efficiency. Today is now yesterday, the future starts now!

Petaluma Office Fun Day

Our corporate office in Petaluma, CA worked a half day and then had some fun by attending a San Francisco Giants baseball game. It was a beautiful afternoon to relax over some good food and beverages and enjoy time away from the office to recharge.
