Mission Statement
Cascade365’s Mission is to bridge the gap in the credit cycle where consumers fall short and become past due. We provide consumer lenders and healthcare providers immediate and ongoing liquidity by purchasing distressed accounts receivable outright or managing them for a fee. We work with consumers to resolve past due accounts in a positive, helpful and ethical manner.

Lee founded the Cascade365 Family of Companies and leads the organization's strategic vision and growth. With more than 20 years of experience across specialty finance, technology and accounts receivable management, he is committed to building trusted partnerships, driving innovation and delivering compliant, long-term solutions for clients.
Lee enjoys outdoor activities, travel and spending time with family and friends.
TJ Berdzik
Chief Financial Officer
TJ leads Cascade365’s Finance and Accounting teams, overseeing financial strategy, capital management and supporting the company’s continued growth. With more than 25 years of experience across finance, capital markets, M&A and operational management, TJ brings extensive experience in evaluating investments, managing capital process improvement and building financial infrastructure across ARM, financial services, healthcare and technology businesses. TJ is a licensed CPA and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
TJ enjoys time with his family, travel and cooking. TJ splits his time between Princeton, NJ and Naples, FL.
Shaun Ertischek
Chief Compliance Officer
Shaun leads Cascade365's compliance and legal functions, ensuring the organization operates with the highest standards of integrity and utilizes best practices. With more than 20 years of experience in the accounts receivable management industry, he works closely with others on the leadership team to navigate complex regulatory environments and support the company's long-term success.
Shaun is an avid pickleball player, enjoys collecting art and music memorabilia and is passionate about travel, having visited 26 countries.

Director, National Sales
Jeff leads Cascade365's national sales efforts, helping healthcare and consumer finance organizations maximize value through consultative, relationship-driven accounts receivable solutions. With more than 30 years of industry experience spanning sales leadership, collection servicing, debt sales and credit bureau operations, Jeff is passionate about building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results.
Jeff is an avid sports fan and the published author of A Player's Program: The Playbook for Building Positive Team Culture and Relationships.
Mary Sand
Director, Client Services & Back-Office Operations
Mary leads Cascade365's Client Services and Back-Office Operations team, ensuring clients receive exceptional support while driving operational excellence across the business. With extensive experience in revenue cycle management, customer service and receivables management, she is passionate about building strong teams and continuously improving processes through innovation and automation.
Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking trips back home to Minnesota, attending country and rock concerts and spoiling her grandkids and dogs.
Nikki Green
Director, Compliance
Nikki leads Cascade365's compliance department and vendor oversight, helping ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational integrity. With more than 15 years of experience in the accounts receivable industry, she is passionate about strengthening compliance programs and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Nikki volunteers as a Girls Softball Coach for kids who are less fortunate. She also enjoys spending time with her family and paddle boarding down the river with her boys.

Director, Vendor Performance
Sean leads initiatives focused on maximizing operational recovery outcomes, strengthening vendor partnerships and driving continuous performance improvement across the Cascade365 agency network. With a strategic focus on accountability, efficiency and customer experience, he manages vendor management programs, performance analytics, contract compliance and recovery operations to ensure business objectives are achieved consistently and effectively.
Sean enjoys attending concerts, bourbon hunting, exploring local wineries and discovering new restaurants and dining experiences.
Chan Phengaroune
Director, Accounting
Chan oversees Cascade365's accounting function, bringing more than 15 years of experience across the manufacturing, retail and financial sectors. His expertise in GAAP accounting and financial management helps ensure accuracy, efficiency and sound financial stewardship across the organization.
Chan enjoys cooking for family and friends and spending time outdoors.
Yinze Li
Director, Finance & Analytics
Yinze leads Cascade365's Finance and Analytics department, developing financial models and delivering data-driven insights that support the underwriting of all Cascade365 deals and help drive strategic investment and business decisions. With expertise in financial analysis, statistical modeling and business analytics, he transforms complex data into meaningful business intelligence that supports informed decision-making.
Yinze is passionate about fitness, particularly swimming and running. He has completed numerous half marathons and consistently finishes them in under two hours.
Kevin Andewiel
Director, IT
Kevin leads Cascade365's technology initiatives, focusing on cybersecurity, infrastructure and the implementation of innovative solutions that support the company's continued growth. With more than 20 years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in the accounts receivable industry, he is committed to building secure, reliable and efficient technology environments.

Lynne manages all aspects of Cascade365’s legal network collections. With 40 years of experience in the debt collection industry, her focus is on building and leading high-performing legal collection operations. Her experience spans operational leadership, regulatory compliance, litigation support, process improvement and strategic planning.

Operations & Client Services Manager
Shannon provides strategic oversight of Cascade365's daily operations and client service functions, including agency reporting, inventory management, account placements and operational performance. She partners with internal leadership and agency partners to optimize workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, strengthen client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Shannon enjoys traveling and exploring national parks across the country, where she appreciates discovering scenic landscapes, hiking trails and historic landmarks.
