Celebrating 15 Years: Cascade365 Executive Management Retreat
At Cascade365, we take our “Work Hard, Play Hard” culture seriously. Every year, we get away to focus on the future of the company, but we also make time to recharge and challenge ourselves outside the office.
This year’s highlight? Horseback riding and hiking through the Arizona desert together. As I reflect on the past 15 years, these moments stand out—not just this year’s adventure, but all of them: kayaking the Salt River, zip-lining through the Sonoma Redwoods, that eerie nighttime tour of Alcatraz, Giants games, scavenger hunts, food tours. Each one a reminder of what makes this team special.
Grateful for a team that pushes limits professionally and personally. Here’s to many more!

Cascade365 has its corporate office in Petaluma, CA, Sonoma County. The Sonoma County’s Secret Santa Program is more than just a holiday tradition – it’s a community movement dedicated to making sure no one is forgotten during the holiday season. For the past 5 years, Cascade365 has selected 2-3 families to bring warmth, dignity, and joy to families who might otherwise go without gifts this holiday season.
