As we close the first quarter of the year, it’s clear that Cascade365 is building meaningful momentum. Q1 has delivered some of our strongest collection performance to date, marked by disciplined execution, strategic acquisitions and a continued focus on operational excellence. These results are not just numbers on a page; they represent the collective effort, commitment and expertise of the entire Cascade365 team.

 

Our success in Q1 was fueled by driving results through strategy and precision. It was a thoughtful approach to debt purchasing in Q4 2025, balancing opportunity with risk and leveraging data-driven insights to guide our decisions. From portfolio evaluation to pricing and post-acquisition management, every step reflected a high level of coordination and professionalism.

 

We expanded our portfolio with quality assets while maintaining strong performance metrics and reinforcing our position in a competitive market. This kind of disciplined growth is a testament to the processes Cascade365 has built, and more importantly, the people who bring those processes to life every day.

CASCADE365 ATTENDS PREMIER FINTECH EVENT

As Cascade365 continues to diversify in the consumer finance vertical, Fintech Meetup was high on the priority list to attend in 2026. Fintech Meetup is a high-impact fintech industry event focused on networking and, specifically, curated one-to-one meetings. Held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, it connects leaders from banks, credit unions, fintechs and investors to drive partnerships, growth and collaboration. The fintech ecosystem convenes to explore emerging trends and the future direction of financial services. Sean Ebeling and Jeff Howell attended from the Cascade365 Sales Department to engage with industry leaders, share best practices and explore how Cascade365 can support banks, credit unions and fintechs in managing and monetizing non-performing receivables.

DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL SALES VISITS PHOENIX

Jeff Howell made the most of a short but packed visit to Phoenix, combining business and fun with the Cascade365 team and his wife at the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four held downtown. The trip included a Town Hall Sales Presentation with the new Administrative Assistant Gianna; a baby shower celebration for Collection Specialist Daisy; dinner with Director of Client Services Mary and her husband Terry at Culinary Dropout; an AAU basketball game to cheer on MJ, daughter of Compliance Analyst Jayla; and finally, all of the experiences of the Final Four with his wife Stephanie. It was a productive and memorable few days. Thanks for making the trip, Jeff!

BABY SHOWER FOR DAISY

Our Phoenix office celebrated Collection Specialist Daisy in April as she is expecting a baby girl very soon! It was a day of great food, fun and good company, and we wish Daisy and her family all the best.
