Mission Statement
The Cascade365 Family of Companies’ Mission is to bridge the gap in the credit cycle where consumers fall short and become past due. We provide consumer lenders and healthcare providers immediate and ongoing liquidity by purchasing distressed accounts receivable outright or managing them for a fee. We work with consumers to resolve past due accounts in a positive, helpful and ethical manner.
Our Leadership Team
With more than 19 years of C-level experience in the technology, fund management, specialty finance and ARM industries, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for doing things “the right way”. An entrepreneur at-heart, Lee participates in various other companies as an equity investor, board member or advisor.
Lee has a JD from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
He possesses a strong track record of driving growth while fostering innovation and maintaining robust profit margins. Throughout his career, he has consistently remained at the forefront of technological advancements and effectively harnessed them to drive transformative change across industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and lives in Toronto Canada.
Promoted to director of operations in September 2018, Michael applies his established leadership skills, creativity and operational expertise to Cascade’s revenue goals by managing various revenue channels and developing strategic partnerships.
With over 15 years of accounts receivable management and revenue cycle experience in the areas of corporate management, client services and revenue generation, Michael has a vast understanding of the recovery of healthcare and consumer finance receivables. He has established many strategic partnerships allowing for a compassionate and compliant receivables solution.
Michael attended Towson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business administration. Mike is an active outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family.
He has held executive sales and business development positions with MasterFiles, TransUnion and a national 3rd party collection agency.
With more than 25 years of accounts receivable experience in the areas of sales leadership, collection life cycle, debt sales, and credit bureau operations, Jeff has extensive knowledge about the needs of the healthcare and consumer finance verticals. He has worked with many organizations in the marketplace to bring valuable solutions that have increased revenue and strategically improved overall financial performance.
Jeff attended Ohio Dominican University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration as well as a Master of Science in business administration and leadership. Jeff is active on the membership committees for Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). Jeff serves as the head varsity girls’ basketball coach at Madison Christian High School in Columbus, Ohio.
With a rich professional background, Mary previously served as Vice President of Operations at RevSolve/USCB, where she honed her expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Service, and Receivables Management. Her career spans over decades, marked by a commitment to excellence, leadership, and a forward-thinking approach to business operations.
Mary is recognized for her ability to lead effectively and build strong, cohesive teams. She has a unique talent for fostering rapport with staff at all levels, driving her teams toward success through focusing on process improvements, particularly through the implementation of automation.
Prior to joining the Cascade365 Family of Companies, Shaun served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC, a national collection agency and outsourced call center. He has over 16 years of experience in the legal and compliance field within the accounts receivable management industry.
Shaun graduated from Binghamton University and earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Shaun has been awarded the Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) and the International Federation of Certified Collection Executives (IFCCE) designations by ACA International, Inc.
Prior to joining the Cascade365 Family of Companies, Nicole served as consumer relations support supervisor at CrossCheck/Optio Solutions, implementing a new compliance management system.
With over 15 years in the compliance world in the collections industry, Nicole has extensive expertise and has upgraded the compliance program with great results during her tenure at Cascade.
Nicole holds ACA International’s compliance CCCO designation and Receivables Management Association’s CRP compliance certification. Additionally, she continues to further her knowledge with compliance studies online.
Prior to joining the Cascade365 Family of Companies, he worked as a mortgage trade analyst for one year, specializing in secondary market transactions.
Yinze has 5 years of experience of using R, SQL, Tableau, and Python to perform statistical analysis, streamlining process and prediction. He also has a strong background in financial analysis, statistical modeling and programming.
Yinze passed all four sections of the AICPA exam in 2017. He holds two master’s degrees in business analytics and accounting from Arizona State University and Miami University, respectively. He also has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
As Operations Manager, she applies her knowledge to oversee and develop the day-to-day operations from agency reporting & communications to inventory reconciliations and placements.
Prior to joining the Cascade365 Family of Companies, Kevin served as IT Technician at CrossCheck/Optio Solutions, implementing a series of newer technologies and design concepts prior to his departure.
With over 20 years in the IT world, including eight for collections companies, Kevin has extensive knowledge and has already made many positive changes at Cascade 365. He also has experience with collections dialers, intermediate database work, networking and server management and maintenance. Additionally, he continues to develop his skills, taking online classes as often as possible for relevant knowledge.
Prior to joining the Cascade365 Family of Companies, Carla has been the director of HR for three major law firms, Carla focused on both strategic issues and operations, including improved systems to reduce costs and optimize services. She has also been an HR consultant and project manager for a diverse group of businesses, including Salesforce, McKesson and PG&E, where she demonstrated her ability to quickly acclimate to a new business, add value and accomplish goals.
With more than 20 years as a human resources professional, Carla has led results-oriented HR departments to deliver best-in-class services throughout the United States.
Carla holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.
