Chris Benson, President of UCC, and his team put on an outstanding event, highlighted by an inspiring motivational session from Pro Football Hall of Famer and former Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown, whose message resonated well beyond the football field.

Please join us in congratulating Thaddeus (TJ) Berdzik on being named Chief Financial Officer of the Cascade365 Family of Companies. The Pulse caught up with TJ to hear his thoughts on stepping into the role.
Pulse: TJ, congratulations on the new role. What are you most looking forward to?
TJ: I am looking forward to working alongside the leadership team as we continue to grow the business, strengthen our financial and operational infrastructure and build for the next stage of the company’s development.
The opportunity brings together many of the areas I have focused on throughout my career: finance, operations, technology, capital allocation and the receivables management industry.
Most importantly, I am excited to work with a talented team and contribute to what we are building at Cascade365. Looking forward to the journey ahead.

Team Cascade365 – Jeff Howell, Mary Sand and Shaun Ertischek – spent an afternoon at Truist Park with one of Cascade365’s top clients, taking in a Braves win over the San Diego Padres. Good food, good company and a few hours away from the inbox made for a memorable outing and the Braves cooperated by delivering the win.

The Phoenix team put that culture into practice at this year’s annual Fun Day, spending the afternoon at Chase Field for a Diamondbacks game. Good food, cold drinks and a great downtown Phoenix venue made for a well-earned break from the daily grind.
