Welcome Lynne Williams to the Cascade365 Operations Team
We’re excited to announce that Lynne Williams has joined Cascade365 as Director of Legal Recovery, reporting to Director of Vendor Performance & Recovery, Jamie Burns-Ostapenko. Lynne brings deep expertise in legal collections strategy, having previously overseen law firm and network management at FFAM.
In her role, Lynne will be responsible for driving performance across our legal vendor network, ensuring compliance, optimizing litigation outcomes, and supporting the expansion of our legal recovery capabilities. She’ll also collaborate closely with Director of Operations, Mike Merz and the internal operations team to ensure our legal strategies align with Cascade365’s broader performance goals.

Each month the Compliance Department awards a $50 Compliance Incentive Gift Card to each eligible collector who has not received either a compliance or coaching notice issued in the prior, consecutive, two-month period.
