November brings a quieter rhythm: a chance to pause, reset, and gather the energy needed for the final stretch of the year. As the days grow shorter, this season reminds us to take a breath and move with intention rather than speed.

At Cascade365, we value the steadiness that comes from balance. As organizations prepare for year-end, we’re here to support that steadiness – whether it’s creating more room to plan, regroup, or navigate financial transitions with confidence.

As the year winds down, many people feel the quiet drag of November – shorter days, heavier workloads, and mental fatigue creeping in. This month’s ELEVATE Wellness Article takes a closer look at the health benefits of rest, and why it’s one of the most powerful tools you have for staying focused, steady, and energized through the final stretch of the year. Discover how rest supports your mind, boosts emotional stability, and helps you finish strong without burning out.

The Western Wall – This is the ancient retaining wall to the Temple Mount, which was built over 2,000 years ago by Herod the Great, and is considered one of the most important sites in Judaism as it is the closest many can get to the site of the First and Second Temple.

The Last Supper Room – This room (Cenacle) in the Church/Mount of Zion is purportedly the location of the Last Supper. The current hall was built in the Middle Ages with structural elements from the time of the Crusades. It also purportedly houses the Tomb of King David on the lower level. During the Ottoman Empire, it was temporarily converted into a mosque and is therefore important to all three religions.

Tomb of Jesus in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre – One of the most important sites in Christianity, this 4 century church in Jerusalem’s Christian Quarter purportedly contains the locations where Jesus was crucified and his empty tomb. It is simultaneously shared by the Armenian, Greek Orthodox, and Catholic Latin patriarchates.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Lynne Williams

Director of Legal Outsource

As the Director of Legal Outsource with Cascade365, I have over three decades of experience in the debt collection and legal recovery industry. I specialize in managing nationwide attorney networks, civil litigation processes, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Throughout my career I have driven operational excellence and strategic growth for leading organizations by optimizing legal workflows, building strong vendor partnerships, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

My experience spans legal outsourcing, network development, and client relations, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and implementing innovative solutions to maximize recovery performance. I am very passionate about integrity and results and will continue to shape the future of legal recovery by fostering collaboration, efficiency, and compliance across the industry.

I come from a large close-knit family located near Nashville TN. My father was in the military for 30 years, and his last duty-station was in Virginia. He loved Virginia so much that he decided to retire there. As my family is from the Nashville area, music has always been a huge part of our lives. My father was also an incredible musician, and my childhood was filled with ‘picking and grinning’ since as long as I can remember. We do travel to TN every year for a family reunion and legendary 4th of July bash, as our family is most important in our lives

My spouse Todd has been in law enforcement for over 30 years and hopefully nearing retirement early next year! We have three fantastic children and one grandchild. My oldest daughter is an accountant, my son is an engineer, and my youngest daughter is preparing to attend law school upon graduation from James Madison University next spring.

Family gatherings are such an important part of our lives. One of our favorite things to do each year is our family Disneyworld vacation. Each year over the past 18 years we have visited Disneyworld as a family. It has become a tradition that fits right in with Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are extremely family-oriented, and nothing is better than sitting down for a great meal and visiting with family and friends and enjoying the holidays!
