The healthcare sector is unfortunately facing a fair share of adversity and one-sided rulemaking at the state and federal level. One of the results is devaluation of assets and degradation of property rights.

In this month’s newsletter, Cascade365’s General Counsel, Shaun Ertischek, details some of these policy changes as they relate to healthcare debt collections (and the underlying right of healthcare providers to seek and receive payment on patient balance accounts receivable).

Please reach out if you would like to discuss how to best navigate these choppy, unsettled waters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best in class patient-guarantor experience while also maximizing liquidations.

Our Tempe Office Celebrates Cinco de Mayo

Rising temperatures and feeble diet  did not stop Cascade’s Tempe office from celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a potluck.

Everyone enjoyed delicious Mexican dishes including mini chimis, enchilada, chips and salsa, cilantro rice, chicken taco, quesadillas, shredded chicken, ribs, samosa, leche flan, and tres leches.
