We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to Cascade365’s IT team — Phil Baldoni. Phil brings with him nearly two decades of experience in software development, data integration, and systems automation. His background includes designing mission-critical tools for data transformation, developing secure and scalable systems, and building dashboards and analytic platforms that empower teams with real-time insights. Phil will play a pivotal role in advancing Cascade365’s approach as a tech-forward debt buyer and servicer. As we continue to scale, diversify, and take on increasingly complex portfolios, the ability to harness data efficiently and securely becomes a strategic advantage that Cascade365 will leverage through his efforts. In addition, Phil will focus on:

- Improving and Scaling Data Infrastructure
- Enhancing Reporting and Insights

Phil will work closely with IT Manager, Kevin Andewiel, who leads Cascade365’s technical infrastructure and cybersecurity efforts. Cascade365 congratulates Mary Sand, Director of Client Services on earning the designation, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative. Mary participated in a rigorous boot camp to prepare her for this exam and passed each of the components successfully.
CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification is administered through HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and is a nationally recognized credential for individuals working in or supporting the healthcare industry, specifically those involved in revenue cycle management. It signifies a high level of knowledge and expertise in this field, demonstrating a professional’s understanding of best practices and their ability to positively impact an organization’s revenue cycle.
