Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) held their national convention in Seattle, WA in April. EDPMA is the nation’s only professional trade association focused on the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care in the emergency department. As a whole, EDPMA members support 60% of all annual emergency department visits in the country and provide direct patient care to 40% of all emergency department visits. 

Nikki Green Celebrates 10 years at Cascade365

Recently, Cascade365 Compliance Manager, Nikki Green, celebrated her 10-year Anniversary with the company. Nikki has played a key role with Cascade365’s growth by applying her knowledge to implement broad changes to better Cascade365’s compliance management system and vendor oversight.  

In addition, Nikki was recently selected to the Membership Committee of the Receivables Management Association International (RMAi).  RMAi is 

the nonprofit trade association which represents more than 600 companies that support the purchase, sale, and collection of performing and nonperforming receivables on the secondary market.

Lunch with the 2023 Top Performing Agency

Earlier this month, Cascade365 shared lunch with Team Avante, the 2023 Agency of the Year. Brian Mongoven, Vendor Performance Manager said this, “We are proud of Avante and all that they accomplished in 2023. Compliance Update

Cascade’s compliance team audits and monitors all calls from our collection floor daily utilizing Prodigal speech analytics. Compliance Notices are issued for any conduct that may violate company standards or industry laws, while Coaching Notices are issued to collectors whose professionalism or tact could be improved or that otherwise engaged in a minor error that did not rise to the level of a violation. 

The Compliance Department recently instituted a Compliance Incentive Award for all eligible collectors. Each month, the team will award a $50 gift card to collectors that have not received either a Compliance or Coaching Notice issued in the prior, consecutive, two-month period. 

The first recipients of the award were Javier Gonzalez and Elizabeth Thorpe who avoided a notice of any kind for both the months of February and March. As such, they each received a $50 gift card for demonstrating this high level of compliance.
