Hiding Consumers’ Medical Debt from
Lenders is a Terrible Idea

2024 Resolutions & Goals

The Pulse asked several Cascade365 staff members for any personal or professional resolutions, goals, or objectives for 2024. This is what they shared…

In the spirit of personal growth and self-improvement, my New Year’s goal is to evolve into a better version of myself than the year before. I aspire to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, consistently learn from both successes and setbacks, and foster a mindset of resilience and adaptability. This journey includes prioritizing self-care, maintaining a positive and open mindset, and nurturing meaningful relationships. By setting this intention, I am dedicated to continuous self-reflection, acknowledging areas for improvement, and taking deliberate steps towards personal development.

Mary – Director of Client Services

This year I hoping to minimize unnecessary excess as needed and increase my value and productivity both professionally and personally.

Jayla – Compliance Analyst

My wife and I heavily invested in a Nama J2 Juicer late last year and the plan is to eat healthier in 2024. I am all in with at least one 16 oz juice a day as a meal replacement, typically for lunch. My favorite juice mix is: Cucumber, Kale, Apples, Oranges, Pineapples, Grapes and a hint of Mint.

Jeff – Director of National Sales

In 2024, I want to continue to challenge myself with personal projects to help the Cascade365 family. Outside of work, I want to develop a consistent golf swing and spend more time golfing with my family!

Landen – Portfolio Analyst

For the year 2024, I would like to have a couple of more certifications under my belt, two that stand out or would like to get are CompTIA’s Network+ and Security+. As well as improving upon my current skills and learning new ones to help better the Cascade family and myself. For my personal goals, I would like to have all the trophies in two of the video games that I play: Demon Souls & Bloodborne. As well as grabbing all the colorful weapon skins in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Josh – IT Help Desk Assistant

My goal this year is to read more about nutrition.

Reyna – Staff Accountant

For 2024 I am doing 6 grams or less of sugar a day. This is mostly added sugars, so fruit sugars aren’t counted.

Mathew – Operations Assistant

In 2024 I am taking classes to get certified in Bookkeeping, my completion should be done by spring of this year.

Tara – AR Specialist II

My resolutions relate to personal such as spending more time with my family and teaching my kids the culture (Laos and Cambodia) that wife and I grew up with.

Chan – Accounting Manager

My goal is to spend more time with my parents. They are getting older and in my adulthood my parents have literally been my best friends. I want to make a point to go to their house and visit more often and just spend more time with them.

Nikki – Compliance Manager

One of my goals for 2024 is to learn how to create effective content on social media and I plan to get a certificate for the course.

Smita – Operations Specialist

Tempe Office Baby Shower

This month our Tempe Office hosted a baby shower to celebrate Gladis who is expecting her first born! We are so excited for Gladis and can’t wait to meet her little one.
