When I think about successful teamwork, the first thing that comes to mind is sports. From my beloved 1989 San Francisco 49ers, a team stacked with offensive leaders, to the UCLA Bruins men’s basketball dynasty led by Coach John Wooden. Productive teams have something in common: they strive to achieve a common goal by working hard, building camaraderie, and measuring success not only by the outcome by also by the journey and accomplishments along the way.
Team Cascade365’s roster is deep with talent, integrity, and shared purpose. Our staff and vendors are trained, tested, and incentivized for compliance, protecting healthcare clients and patients. They are people who show up every day and exemplify Yankee ingenuity, grit, and a passion for doing things the right way — even when no one is looking. Cascade365’s worldview and culture are reflected in the way we treat others.
Clients receive creative solutions to their AR liquidity needs backed by best-in-class service and compliance practices. Consumers and patient guarantors alike are treated with respect and empathy.
Cascade365 applies its healthcare receivables purchase or servicing solutions at any stage of the healthcare debt collections cycle, from day one delinquencies to later-stage bad debt.
Healthcare providers facing debt collection problems can see a clear path to victory when Cascade 365 is part of their team.
“…All we have to do is learn to rise to every occasion, give our best effort, and make those around us better as we do it…” – John Wooden
Regards,
Congratulations to team member, Shaun Ertischek, who was recently appointed to the ACA Federal Affairs Committee by the ACA’s President.
The Committee monitors and provides recommendations to the ACA Board of Directors on issues related to the Legislative Branch, as well as the Executive Branch and its federal regulatory agencies.
The Committee’s objectives are to: (1) keep informed on matters involving relevant federal legislative and regulatory activity; (2) work with federal government agencies, elected governmental officials, and their staff on matters of importance to ACA; (3) recommend federal legislative and regulatory positions to the Advocacy Committee; (4) review and make determinations with respect to providing monetary support from the Industry Advancement Fund for federal regulatory activities affecting the credit and collection industry, in accordance with the Industry Advancement Fund Operating Rules; (5) make and vet recommendations for educational content related to the purpose of this Committee; and (6) and recruit speakers for Association webinars and events.
Our team of Collectors volunteered for four hours at the Tempe Community Action Agency. Those smiling faces worked together to assemble food boxes for the less fortunate. Thank you!
