EXPERIENCEDI have worked in the accounts receivable management industry for over 17 years serving as executive-level general counsel to collection agencies, debt buyers, and network management companies. I am very passionate about this industry and have been involved with ACA International my whole career.
INVOLVED
INVOLVED I served seven consecutive years on the ACA Members’ Attorney Committee and was the Committee Chair in the final year. I have attended the last 9 consecutive ACA conventions in addition to numerous other ACA and industry events. I have worked with ACA Staff and even helped to edit several SearchPoint documents.
LONG-RANGE GOALS
My long-range goals for ACA and the industry are to further unite in strengthening our position in the economic paradigm. We need to continue to shape the narrative, drive down unnecessary regulation and frivolous litigation, and ensure our ability to effectively communicate with consumers.
