Ray S. Vincioni,
General Manager of our Tempe Call Center

Ray has been with Cascade since May 2022. His current role is General Manager of our Tempe, Arizona call center with the responsibility to grow and maintain the productivity of the collection floor for Cascade Receivables Management.  Ray currently manages 23 employees.

My past consists of the guitarist of a national touring Raggae Rock band, nationally ranked table tennis player, mascot for the University of New Mexico “Louie Lobo”, New Mexico State Golden Champion, Muay Thai kickboxer. I am happily married for 10 years to an incredible woman, Kase, who has given me strength, confidence and courage in ways I never had before.  I am a proud father to my daughter, Desiray, and even prouder “Nono” to my granddaughter Isabella. I have two incredible older sisters and two amazing older brothers. I love golf and hope to travel aimlessly around the country after growing this wonderful company I recently became a part of.

Since February is celebrating the month of love, I think it is appropriate to bring up my relationship with my mother, Mary Rose. My father passed away when I was a senior in high school and she has been the one who has shown me the best ways of unconditional love.  Not just towards myself, but the ways of spreading a loving gesture to those who she will never even meet. She is now 87 years old. For the past 10 years or so, she has dedicated her days hand making rosaries to hand out to hospitals and airline agents to give to the military members that come across their path. Just one example of touching the lives of others . I consider myself the luckiest man to have been raised and taught the meaning of love by her.  At the end of the day, calling me a Mama’s boy is okay by me!

Cascade365 Accounts Payable Clerk, Joyce Manriquez
welcomed her granddaughter, Inara Jade Padilla on Feb 18, 2023 who weighed in at 5.7 pounds and 18 inches long.

From Joyce, “After a very rough pregnancy from my daughter Taylor who lives in San Antonio, TX, they had to induce labor at almost 37 weeks to prevent a stillbirth. After three days of labor, this beautiful precious baby was finally born. My daughter and son-in-law are just over the moon, and all are well! I am so thrilled that I was able to fly out to TX and be with the family.”

During the Receivables Management Association International (RMAi) Conference in Las Vegas earlier this month, Cascade365 held their annual collection agency meeting where updates were shared, food and cocktails were served, and award winners were announced based on results from the 2022 calendar year.
