EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Shaun Ertischek

Shaun is a seasoned in-house corporate attorney who has worked in the accounts receivable management industry for over 18 years. He has worked for collection agencies, debt buyers, and network management companies, in addition to spending time in private law firm practice. He oversees all legal and compliance functions for the organization to minimize risk and support business operations. In his year and a half with Cascade365, Shaun has focused on drafting and revising contract templates; proactively managing litigation matters; creating and updating policies, procedures, call and text scripts, and letters; improving the quality assurance, call monitoring, and auditing programs; chairing the compliance committee; and overseeing all other compliance and regulatory matters.

Shaun lives in Marietta, Georgia with his beautiful wife (Ela) and three-year-old Havapoo dog (Max).  He is originally from Brooklyn, New York, and also previously lived in Naples, Florida for ten years.  He attended Binghamton University where he double majored in Economics (B.A.), and Philosophy, Politics and Law (B.A.).  He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School.

He is active in both the industry and his community.  Shaun serves on the Federal Affairs Committee for ACA International, Inc.  He previously chaired their Members’ Attorney Program (MAP) Committee and has been awarded both the International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives (IFCCE) and the Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) designations.  Shaun serves on the Board of Directors for his Homeowners’ Association as well. Periodically, he writes industry articles and conducts educational seminars.

Shaun enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He is passionate about travel – having been to 23 countries and counting, following baseball, playing pickleball, live music, and collecting art and memorabilia.  He’s excited that autumn is almost upon us as he loves the fall foliage and all things pumpkin spice.

Shaun is thrilled to be a member of the Cascade365 team and looks forward to driving the compliant, best-in-class company to new levels of success.

Congratulations to Cascade365’s New Operations Manager: Shannon David!

Cascade365 Liquidity Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Shannon David to Operations Manager. Shannon started with Cascade365 in May of 2018 as an Operations Assistant and has quickly moved up within the organization. Over the past five years, Shannon has become the central knowledge base of the operations department, and her hard work and perseverance have made Shannon a valuable asset to Cascade365.

Tempe Call Center Game Day Celebration

The Tempe Call Center of Cascade365 Liquidity Solutions celebrated the season this month with football-themed decorations, wearing of jerseys for their favorite team, and of course a potluck of food and snacks to munch on throughout the day.  It was a great day to watch the games, eat some delicious food, and enjoy the time together.
